The program
3 DAYS. ONE TRANSFORMATION.
- 🚌Arrival at Parque Natural Las Estacas, check-in and welcome tour of the grounds
- 📚In-person theory session to complement the NAUI e-Learning you completed beforehand
- 🎽Gear familiarization — BCD, regulator, fins, mask — everything explained hands-on
- 🌊First water contact — basic exercises in a safe, shallow area. No pressure.
- 🌙Dinner, campfire, stargazing and rest before the big day
- 🌅Breakfast and safety briefing — hand signals, procedures and buddy system
- 🤿Confined water practice — full SCUBA gear, buoyancy control and core dive skills
- 💧Guided dive in the crystal-clear Las Estacas river — your first real underwater experience
- 🐠Guided observation of aquatic wildlife — fish, turtles and freshwater species
- 📋Final theory review — preparing for tomorrow’s evaluation with zero stress
- 🌅Breakfast and calm preparation — relaxed environment, no pressure
