DECIDES
Evaluation dives depend on sea conditions, and we cannot guarantee the weather of any given weekend. If conditions keep the boat ashore, you do not lose your course: we schedule an additional dive trip at a reduced price until the four dives are complete.

WHERE YOU WILL DIVE
Rock and sand sites between 6 and 18 metres, ten minutes by boat from the pier.
WHO CAN
JOIN
12 years old and up
Minors need a form signed by a parent or legal guardian.
Good general health
No chronic respiratory or cardiovascular conditions. A medical questionnaire is signed.
Minimum group of three
Travelling alone? We place you in a group on the same date.
Do I need previous experience?
No. The course starts from zero and is built for beginners. You finish with the NAUI Open Water Diver certification.
What is the remote NAUI access?
It is the NAUI online learning system, where you study the theory at your own pace from home. It opens the same day you book with the MXN $3,500 deposit.
What if the sea is too rough to dive?
We run everything that is possible on that trip and schedule an additional dive outing at a reduced price to complete the remaining dives.
Is equipment included?
Yes, rental of the necessary equipment is included: mask, snorkel, fins, BCD, regulator and weights. A wetsuit is optional and rented separately.
How do I get to Acapulco?
Transport is not included. It is about four hours by car on the Autopista del Sol, and buses leave hourly from Mexico City. We send full directions once you book.
Do I need to know how to swim?
It is strongly recommended. If you cannot swim yet, write to us before booking: there is a preparation path so you arrive ready for the evaluation.
